Public Speaking
Comedians use to tell a joke about the fact that most people would rather be dead than give the eulogy at their own funeral. You may or may not find that amusing!
The vast majority of people dread public speaking because they experience some sort of panic or anxiety just before they start their presentation. Those feelings come from the hormonal “flight or fight” response. This natural response is designed to protect our body from a perceived danger. The danger in this case is usually acute embarrassment.
Once the client has recognized and neutralized that perceived danger then they will be able to speak with ease and confidence to anyone.
And speaking with ease and confidence is even more important than the content of your speech. Every master communicator knows that. You connect to your audience through your body language and the “vibes” you are sending out. Until you have mastered that art then your brilliant words will fall on deaf ears.
“It is not what you say, but what they hear” that matters in any speech, whether speaking to a small intimate group of five friends for a birthday celebration or as a featured speaker at a convention.
Effective hypnosis intervention can change your public speaking performance and give you back your confidence to speak and to be heard.
