How we tranform our issues with RTT

How does a session typically run?

Sessions can be done over the web or in person.

Before the session, I ask you to fill out a questionnaire to help you hone in on what is it that you want to obtain and we have a brief discussion about it.
During the session, we discuss what you want to get out of the session and the context around it. Then I bring you into a state of hypnosis and together we get at the root causes of what stands in your way. I will make a recording for you to listen to for 21 consecutives days.
After the session, you listen to your recording and we touch base after 5 to 10 days.

How does hypnosis work?

Hypnosis is not magic, it's science.
It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you are in the Rapide Eye Movement phase of sleep (REM), when you have vivid dreams you are in REM. You also get into a hypnosis state everyday without noticing, such as when dreaming, or when you maybe concentrated while watching a movie and suddenly realising you have been "gone" for a while. You remain awake, in control and safe because nothing can happen without your knowledge and consent.

How fast will I get results?

Transformations happen in 3 ways:
Immediately: You see and feel a massive spontaneous change right in or right after the session. We sometimes see this as miraculous but it may be that the session was the last spark you needed to really change. 
Incrementally: You see constant shifts every day or overtime. That provides you with a digestible pace to embrace the changes in your life.  
Retroactively: You don't notice changes right away and then one day you realise that you don't bite your nails anymore, you don't have nightmares etc. You suddenly realise what is different in your life.

I have many issues, where do I start?

In my intake questionnaire you will be able to list the challenges your are facing and I suggest you pick the one that is pivotal or has ramifications into other issues. If you want to solve many issues at the same time , your brain will pick one for you. During the session, we’ll have a brief discussion and I will guide you, but ultimately, that is your choice.

I find client come often with a symptom and when we start digging , the core issue shows up and help the client select what to work on first.
